Large Table Reservation Form
$150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Thanks for hosting your event at Union Taproom!
Once date availability is confirmed and deposit is made, your reservation is secure.
– Large table reserved for up to 4 hours, *during normal Taproom business hours. 6ft folding table available upon request.
– Balloons and table decorations are permitted. *NO confetti/confetti filled balloons, no taping decorations (of any kind) to the wall. Please remove all items that you bring into the space (food, decorations, etc.) at the end of your reserved timeframe.
– No outside food or drink (other than cake) is allowed. A catering menu is available by request. Guests are welcome to order form the regular kitchen menu as well.
– Anyone who is 21+ with the party must have a wristband to pour from the tap wall. *No sharing wristbands.
– We offer pre-paid drink tokens if you’d like to provide drinks for your guests.
